Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.We strive to provide high quality skincare products and excellent customer service. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as orders are processed for fulfillment.
Damaged or Incorrect Order:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.
